How much could you be entitled to?

Constructive Dismissal occurs where you resign as a result of your employer breaching your contract of employment by acting in such a manner towards you that allows you to leave your job and treat yourself as dismissed. Whilst your employer may not have fired you, they may have brought your employment to an end by their behaviour or by allowing other work colleagues to subject you to bullying, victimisation, harassment or discrimination etc.
